Day 3

  2. Meat stewed in pieces in sour cream (200 g), steamed vegetables (100 g).

  3. Low-fat fermented baked milk (100 ml.) with the addition of chopped dill, boiled chicken (180 g.).

Day 7

  1. Stew of zucchini, green beans, chicken, sweet pepper (250 gr.).
